Perfect beach escape!

Had a fab stay! The beach was stunning, with soft, white sand and clear water perfect for swimming. The pools were gorgeous, especially the infinity ones. Tried out the poolside snack bar, and the nachos were yum! Just wish the WiFi was better—could be slow at times. it was a solid getaway!

i had high hopes for this '5-star' hotel, but parts of the facility were under refurbishment, very inconvenient. the only restaurant was a buffet, which felt like a food bank rather than a dining experience. i expected at least a free meal or an upgrade for the trouble but nope, just more disappointment. ugh.

My experience at Fanar Hotel & Residences was marred by several issues. the sorting of luggage during my airport transfers was unprofessional. our pick-up was smooth, but the return journey proved difficult with a rude driver who refused to assist with our luggage, making the departure a stressful affair.

great beach access with nearby attractions for casual strolls

I had an amazing time with the beautiful marina nearby and the staff was super friendly, always ready to help with any questions or activities to enjoy. Being able to take a short stroll to the beach and also have interesting spots for sightseeing within easy reach made my stay even more delightful, perfectly fitting the vibe I look for during my urban explorations.

The hospitality was on point, and I loved the chilled out vibe of the private beach—the perfect spot to unwind. Plus, the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers were fantastic for soaking up the sun. The only hiccup was the WiFi being a bit slow, but that didn't spoil our fun at all! 😊

All fine, but food variety

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The Aqua Park was a hit for everyone, especially the kids, and we loved the beach nearby. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, making our group stay even better. Highly recommend checking out the Jumbo water slides and relax at the private beach.

When we checked in, the AC in the corridors was not working well, which made things feel a bit uncomfortable during our stay.

Wow, the rooms were super comfy, with these amazing ocean views! And the beach vibes were lekker for chilling out, really felt like a mini paradise. big ups to Hamada at reception, he sorted us out with great tips for exploring the area!

Only downside was the food could've had more variety—got a bit repetitive after a while.

the staff was friendly and tried to help, and the location near the beach is nice. there were some activities offered, but we didn’t try them. the complex looks big and has a spacious feel to it, but that's just about it.

the room we checked into had a terrible smell and the furniture was really bad, and no one helped us when we asked for a refund.
